Oceanicview collects information that you provide directly to us when you sign up and use the Oceanicview service including:
- Information when you register or update the details of your account, post items for sale, services, and available skilled labor.
- Communicate with other users, provide reviews or other comments, purchase services from Oceanicview, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

- Email address
- Oceanicview account password (encrypted)
- Telephone number
- Postal address including city, state, and zip code
- Photographs you upload of items you post for sale
- Written descriptions of your posted items
- Bids you make on items, reviews or comments you make on the Oceanicview Service, all messages with other users or with us sent through the Oceanicview messaging service or to Oceanicview directly

B. Information We Collect Automatically
When you access or use the Oceanicview Service, we automatically collect information about you, including:
- We log information about your use of the Oceanicview Service, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our Oceanicview Service.
- We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Oceanicview Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

D. Payment Information Collected by Stripe
Oceanicview is integrated with Stripe, Inc.’s (“Stripe”) services to allow sellers and users to carry out credit cards and other electronic payment methods for goods and services they list for sale on the Oceanicview Service.
II. How We Use Your Information
A. Oceanicview uses information about you for various purposes, including to:
- Verify your login information to allow you to access and use the Oceanicview Service.
- Connect you to other users on the Oceanicview Service via friends lists when authorized by you.
- Create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the Oceanicview Service.
- Conduct investigations and to respond to disputes between users, error resolution, and other customer support services.
- Enable any identification programs we may institute and in which you elect or are required to participate.
- Operate, protect, improve, and optimize the Oceanicview Service, our business, and our users’ experience.

B. When You Choose to Share Outside of Oceanicview

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, and other communications from Oceanicview by following the instructions in those emails, text messages, or by making changes in your Oceanicview account Settings menu.
